My problem is:
I have several users on Mautic, I don’t want users to share their own segment in mautic. users can not see their own segments.

Is there any option to change the Public Segment to Private Segment?

Hi,
Public segment means = it is visible in the Preference center
You are asking about user rights. Go to Settings > Roles to manage it.

Back to your original question: no, there is no command to set all segments as not public as a defult.

It depends on the way you use segments. If you want to show them on the preference center, show them, if not then no. As default it is not shown.
