No, Mautic is open source software. There are no restrictions to whitelabeling Mautic and reselling it. Some marketing agencies and consultants sell the service of installing Mautic on the customer’s server, while others host Mautic on behalf of their clients as a Mautic hosting service for a monthly fee. Either way is a legal way to make a business out of Mautic, so long as you don’t encrypt the source code, and keep the contributors’ copyright notice intact.
