You can create a campaign:
Step 1: Send email
Step 2: Jump to step 1. (With the parameter of wait 1 month.)

Make sure the email is set to be a transactional email, and not a marketing email.
Marketing emails can only be sent once.

Depends how the contacts who supposed to get the content are added to Mautic.
Is it a form? Is it manual process? Is it an API call?
In this case it would be an automatic process that every month, on the 1st of each month, send the same email (it is a reminder) to clients to do a certain task.
I’m not sure how the contact is created.
But in Mautic you can add a custom field “first reminder date”.
You need to set this when you create a contact.
This date can be picked up by a segment, and then the campaign will send the right time. Once you have the first date properly set, Mautic will make sure to send the emails 1 month apart.
