Regarding Mautic error

My Mautic version is: 4.4.9
My PHP version is: 8.0.29
My Database type and version is: 10.6.12-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.22.04.1
I got this error today. Could anyone please help me to sort out this. Thanks

Yesterday I was able to see the contact event after create a contact just like attached screenshot

Please if anyone suggest us to do fix this would be appreciated.

Follow instructions here.

But update button won’t work (bug) so use CLI commands to access your server directly.

Navigate into your mautic folder then run the command below to get the latest database.

php /opt/bitnami/mautic/bin/console mautic:iplookup:download

I will do a video for you. Are you able to access your server via terminal (mac) or something like Putty (windows)? Maybe your host provide console access?

U will need to have this set up.
