Reports do not show data for filtered time frame (Most email read/sent)

Your software
My Mautic version is: 5.1.1

Your problem
My problem is:
The default Mautic report “All Emails” does not limit the data to the desired time frame but always shows all-time data.

Is the “Most email read” and “Most Email Sent” metrics always supposed to show all time data regardless of filter settings?
If so, which graph data do I need to choose to get “Emails Read” and “Emails Sent” for a specific time frame?

Objective I wish to achieve:
For my reports, I’d like to know how many emails total were sent in a specific month and how many were read. At the moment I don’t know exactly how to get that.
The above two metrics appear to be what I want but Mautic always shows the same data regardless of the time frame I set in the filter.

Hello, you need to grab the Emails Sent table:

And make sure you set up something like this:

Let me know if this is something you needed.

Awesome! This’ll make it much easier for me! I’ll have to play with this a bit to figure out what’s the easiest to me.

Is there also an option to add open rate percentage or read number?
I’ve 2 perpetually ongoing campaigns and I’d like to see how their open rate changes over time.

(adding “Read” to calculated columns in groups doesn’t give me the right numbers.)

Hi,
Yes. I think you can find those KPIs there as well.
You have to play around with it.
