Sending Email Campaigns Error

My Mautic version is: 3
My PHP version is: PHP Version 7.4.3
My Database type and version is:0.system

Your problem
My problem is: Campaign shows that 5k emails were successfully sent from Mautic, we already tried multiple times since last week, but nothing is really being sent out.

These errors are showing in the log: Incorrect data

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  • setup an account with company name and email
  • rebuilt another campaign
  • rerun campaigns multiple times last week

Have you confirmed the cron jobs are working properly?
Is you email sending service configured correctly? Do they have logs you can look at to see if the emails are leaving mautic or not?
