Sending emails - it's a joke? 10 emails per hour?

I got new installation of Mautic. I don’t want to tune crontab, I just want to send emails. I loaded a thousand emails contact, but they are sending 10 emails per hour. Is it joke? Where can I see a queue? How can I push them?
