Session drops and "CSRF token is invalid" message on Mautic Cloud

Hi Folks,



I use Mautic Cloud and over the last day I have been experiencing session issues where I get randomly logged out and at other times an odd message: “The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form.”



I seem to recall there was an issue like this in the past, according to the messages I found here.



This has really limited productivity over the last day with this occurring quite frequently. This wasn’t happening previously for me – just within the last day or so.



Can someone please look into this?

Hi Mino,
I have had that too a couple of times.
For me: it was because I sometimes approach my mautic url using http and sometimes https.
Now I only enter https in the address bar and that seemed to resolve the issue for me.
Hope it solves your problem too …
If not perhaps deleting cookies or so

The very first things we tried included clearing cookies, clearing cache, checking on different machines to no avail. We can confirm that the addresses were always over https. After checking all of this our only determination seems to indicate an issue with Mautic Cloud itself.
