Social Media Plugins: Connection Timeout

Hi there.

I am a new user and I have managed to install Mautic on Ubuntu 17 server and running it through Amazon AWS.

The social media plugins are not working. I entered the client id & password and it shows “Authorization failed with the error message, ‘Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds’” error.

Please help.
