Strange behaviour

Hi everyone



I wonder if someone can help, I noticed some strange behaviour in two installs:



First instance, very simple set-up:



Using a form to capture Name and Email

Actions set to:

  • Create lead
  • send an email

    Form is added to a landing page, with a message after submitting.



    Problems:
  1. Emails are ‘Ignored’ - nowhere to find out why
  2. Submitting the form with a new name/email set causes the lead list to clear (all leads are deleted and only the new one is present)



    I end up with a single lead in the list, every time the form is used…

    This occurred at some stage after I successfully added a few leads in testing.

Second instance:
Trying to add Action: Create Lead to a form fails with the 'Form Component Details' dialog stuck in 'Loading...' forever.

Any ideas?

Hi again,

The issue seems to be consistent - I have setup the exact same sequence in an instance on mautic.com and the same result - the newly created lead is the only one in the database.

Am I the only one getting this problem?
I’d appreciate some feedback…
