Hi,
When we create a plain text email and include multiple links to our server, we’ve noticed that the total click counts far exceed the unique click counts. Upon further investigation, some contacts are listed as having 8 click events within the same minute. I can understand a user double clicking on a link, but Mautic reports far more click events than usual. Has anyone else experienced this?
If there are multiple links in the same email and all links are clicked, does Mautic separate the click counts by the link’s url or group them all under the first link I clicked?
The HTML version seems to be working fine so far. However, we use the plain text form more often.
