Tracking which links are clicked in E-Mails

Hello,

I sent an email out recently and have been contacted about the contents of the pages which they found through the mautic email that was sent. However, the mautic overview isn’t showing that anyone clicked a link. All links within the email are {externallink=http://blah.com} and they have tracking ID’s respectively. Am I missing something that logs the clicks?

Thanks.

Are you sending emails to a lead list using a campaign? If so, we’ve just discovered a Bug that is going to be fixed. Make sure that the e-mails you’re sending are all received with the redirected URL link (more on this Here ), if not, it’s a bug.

Pietro is right. Also, the {externallink=http://blah.com} is deprecated you can use normal HTML links and Mautic will replace the href attribute with the trackable link.
