Support on campaign that doesn't work

Hi all,
I’m new on mautic and I tried to create a simple flow in a campaign: I choose a segment and after this I insert a split condition and based on this added 2 elements to update a field in contacts (Title)
I saved and published the campaign but nothing happend (in attached screen).
Someone can give me some feedback about ?

Hello,
Are any contacts the campaign?
(See contacts tab in the campaign)
Are you sure your cronjobs work?
