Tracking url and postmark service

Hi Team,

I have some issues with PostMark,

I want to track “opens” .

I sent messages via Email list in Mautic and in PostMark dashboard I see that url is opened by users, but mautic didn’t populate this data from PostMark services.

May be I need to run some extra cron job? see sreenshot: http://prntscr.com/b2jvwg
