    My problem is:I did the installation on a VPS with Apache Apache/2.4.62 (cPanel) OpenSSL/3.0.7 mod_bwlimited/1.4
    I did the installation manually and everything was perfect, when I entered the configuration to make the necessary changes and when I go to wait I get this error.
    Attached is a screenshot.

However I did everything as it is there and the problem continues.

Having exhausted the possibilities of correcting the error the best thing to do was to delete everything and start over.
When starting the new installation it suggested me to activate two PHP extensions, iconv and intl, I can’t be sure that it was that because I don’t know all these configurations, the only certain thing is that I finished the installation now everything works as a harmonious marriage!
Cheer up, don’t stop.
