Hi , today i was unable to import contact with csv file on my mautic dashboard . I don’t know what things has caused this problem but before i always able to import contact .
I used to import 100 mails/batch but nothing happen even if i wait for a long time
Check your crons. The truth is there.
This is solved, now I have another problem, my cron task on queued messages does not work, when I set the method to “Queued” the messages on Mautic configuration , all the mail i try to send are directly marked as sent but not Queued on mautic ; in contrary on my server there is nothing all
