User privileges to send to certein lists

I see we can assign roles to users…

Some of the roles have the posibility to restrict to some users for example to “publish” a email, or to dont see leads or emails created by others…



I want to know if you can restrict to some users to only create the email, but not be able to send it…

Thats because every users can send emails to all the lists… I think that it could be a problem because a user can send emails with out permissions… I want that super users… or some roles can monitor that emails, and send them

(That some roles can send emails, but other roles only can create them)
