admin vs user

Is it possible to configure access rights for user,

so that users cannot

see or change email settings, incl limits by user/campaign (assume eg a dozen smtp);

import leads;

see or change multi-thread priorities;

change or see any other mautic system relevant settings
?

There is a Role settings under the the configuration cog where you can create new roles and grant certain permissions. I think you may be able to do some of the things you asked but probably not all of it.

Have a look anyway and see how it goes.

perhaps a feature request / security issue then,
to make certain settings / access rights adjustable:

mail settings (limits, sending machines (php, smtp, api, etc), etc)

sending itself (ideally with another user level approval, which would allow workflow)

template design (change)

database design (change)

needless to say, it goes in a great direction!
