Want the ability for contacts to reply to my Mautic emails. Want to replace noreply@domain.com with service@domain.com

My problem is: Contact is unable to reply to Mautic emails because they go to noreply@domain.com

These errors are showing in the log: n/a

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Tried to set up Custom Connection Settings under Email Settings for Contact Replies but get authentication error. I’m still able to send emails using Amazon SES. That works.

Hi @bue

In each email setup you will have an advanced tab there were you can set-up your sending domain and reply to etc…

This should allow people to then reply directly to the email you put in the reply-to field
