Hi Experts,
We are currently utilizing the “Email Open Event” webhook in Mautic with the intention of integrating it with Zoro CRM. Our implementation is working as expected when we send emails without using campaigns. However, we encountered an issue when utilizing campaigns to send emails. In this scenario, we are receiving an incomplete JSON response for the “Email Open Event” webhook.

  1. When sending emails without campaigns, we receive a complete JSON response from the webhook, which includes all the necessary data we require for our Zoro CRM integration.

  2. However, when we use campaigns to send emails, the JSON response we receive from the “Email Open Event” webhook is incomplete.
