I am trying to integrate Kayako and Mautic with Zapier. When I am trying to connect my mautic account I get this error message. Any clue?

If you haven’t already, you may want to check the details on connecting Mautc and Zapier here: https://github.com/mautic/mautic-zapier#zapier-app-for-connecting-mautic

Make sure you’re using the current version of the app (1.0.3), API enabled, https, running Mautic 2.9 or higher, etc.

@girishs21 need to set up cron jobs also to proper integration

@bizcrony can you advice further. Do I need to setup cron jobs for the Zapier integration to work?

@girishs21 of course every integration need to set up Cron jobs else it wouldn’t run
