We have created the campaign and we are having problem sending email to the visitors who visits and fill’s up the form and submits.
I am able to see the send message in AMAZON SES and i am able to see the contact update also in mautic, but the email is not going for the visitors.
Can some one help me here.

There are any records in Mautic that your email will or have been sent?
I had a similar problem, people where able to register via form but the email in my Campaign didn’t send… That was because I set wrong my cron jobs, once I fixed it everything started to work like a charm.
