Are your cron jobs setup properly and verified to be working?
It’s also worth noting that in order for Mautic to track opens, the email client needs to load images. I know a lot of email clients block images by default so these emails do not register as opened although the recipient has probably read it.
It may be worth to add a send email for negatives branches as well or use a more definitive trigger for opens like submitting a form or something
Our cron jobs are set up correctly, and they are sending the first email in the campaign. They just are not recognizing the opened email and triggering the second… However it is recognizing the email is opened, because it will show “email opened” in the leads activity. But it does not trigger the second email…
