Can't track links clicks on gmail

Recently we’ve had problems tracking our users activity and after running a few tests we realized that we weren’t able to track links clicks on gmail. We have tried sending emails to Outlook and had no tracking issues but in every test we did with Gmail, we were only able to see the links clicks if we opened that link in an incognito tab (while running the test we had every extension disabled).

Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, did you solve this by upgrading from 2.14 to 3+ ?

I think the clue is that it worked in an incognito tab. As Gmail is browser-based, you are likely testing the links clicks in the same browser where you are logged into Mautic. Mautic ignores activity for logged-in users in the same browser.

Try logging out of Mautic when link testing, or test by checking and clicking links on your phone or another machine.
