Contact source and request dynamic content don't colaborate

Hi,

I’ve been testing the Dynamic Content in mautic, but don’t seem to manage to get de dynamic content visible on my website.

  • Campaign is built
  • Code is embedded on the website

    When i visit the website (not logged in on Mautic) I only see the default text for non known visitors.



    Issue: I notice that my campaign builder doesn’t have a colored link between the “Contact source” and “Request dynamic content”.

    Is this the reason of the dynamic content not working? Does any one have a solution or tips to fix this?
