Dynamic content is not showing

Hi,

I have created a campaign with a tree view like Segment->Request Dynamic Content->Contact Field Value(checking with email)->Push Dynamic Content. I have mention the diagram below,

In my wordpress site I have install Mautic plugin and paste the below code in a page

[mautic type=“content” slot=“slott”]Default text[/mautic]



The dynamic content is not showing over there. I have checked with fresh browser. Please suggest where I have made a mistake.

[mautic type=“content” slot=“slott”]Default text[/mautic] need to be insert in the page like a HTML CODE not as a token. @somnath

Hi ninjoan thanks for your advice, it was plugin issue I have install another Mautic-plugin and it’s been solve.
But the current issue is that it is showing the Default text, where as it has to show the Dynamic Content based on email conditions (Contact Email).

Also I have the same problem, what plugin do you install, it seem that it doesn’t start the request of dynamic content, how i must insert the code? If a use [mautic type=“content” slot=“slott”]Default text[/mautic] in html code it isn’t convert but it display as text. If i insert as a short code it’s display Defautl text.

In the text box Contact Email the alternative of pushing dynamic content it’s insert by default within 1 day

You have to be log out of the Mautic system, otherwise will track you as the administrator.

i’m using different browser after clean all cookies and history

i try also to exit from mautic system, the segment is ok, but it seem that script code it isn’t activate. I insert this [mautic type=“content” slot=“DWC”]Default Text[/mautic] a script code into wordpress .

No i write into #slack support and into support of team develpoment https://github.com/mautic/mautic-wordpress but nobody reply me.

Had a similar issue with version 12.1 and could solve that by enabling CORS in my .htaccess file in the root of Wordpress install. Maybe its a similar issue and worth a try.

Hello!

I have a similar issue.
My mautic dynamic content is not loading for the first page load, but it loads every time after F5 page refresh.
So the code should be properly set up, but it seems that my mautic subdomain is too slow and it can’t get back the data in time to here for example: https://orult.hu/video/hatekony-irodai-munkavegzes/
Under the "( Ha netán nem látnád akkor frissíts és várj +10 másodpercet ! "
text there is the mautic dynamic content (the one link with blue) what only shows after refresh .
What could be the problem?
Should something be load async? how??
