Dinamic content issue

I use a html code at page:
Guest

When page load i see text “Guest”, than it changed to a Name.
So there few questions:

  1. Why it’s change only after few seconds?
  2. Why sometimes after few page updates it want work?
  3. It wan’t work for me at all if i use this in popup windows.

Does anybody get it working and use?
