"Email to User" Not Working in 2.15.3 Hosted at Amazon EC2

My Mautic version is: 2.15.3
My PHP version is: 7.1.32

Your problem
My problem is: All the campaign emails are working Fine except the “Email to User” Which we use to notify internal users.
Server is Amazon EC2
Installed Mautic Using Bitnami Stack

This feature is working very well in other instances where i used Godaddy Hosting - CentOS

These errors are showing in the log: No Error Logs

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Tried to Add Notify user at From Submission Level - Didn’t Work
Tried to Add in Campaign Level - Didn’t Work
Tried to give Points & Based on Point Trigger the Mail - Didn’t Work

Can you send a Test Email in the System Configuration?

If you open the email in the dashboard can you send a preview? (/s/email/123 page)

Yes am able to send Test Email from configuration.

Also preview am able to view.

And actually all other emails are going out except the internal user email

Just checking the basics, but the internal users have valid email addresses defined for the user?

And the Mautic server would resolve the correct MX record for the internal user email domain?

Yes Virgil They are fine. internal users emails are gmails

If you install the Logicify Advanced Template plugin and set debug = true in local.php you should get a useful log file.
