Has anybody ever made "Contact Replies" work while using Amazon SES?

My PHP version is: 7.4.23
My Database type and version is: 10.3.31-MariaDB

Your problem
My problem is: I wonder whether anybody has made “Contact Replies” work while using Amazon SES.

These errors are showing in the log: no error

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I have configured everything according to what this page Contact Replies Documentation explains.

  • My cronjob MAUTIC:EMAIL:FETCH is also working correctly (by that I mean ‘no errors’), but the returned info reads as follows:

    0 emails processed for {mail.fillyourbankaccount.com:993/imap/ssl} INBOX with a criteria of UID 1781:1000001781

    To my understanding, it simply doesn’t ‘see’ the replied-to email in the inbox, even though it’s there.

  • In the configuration area, the connection works successfully.

  • In the Campaign Builder, everything is also, IMHO, correctly setup.

However, no matter what, nothing happens.

So, the question: Is anybody using Contact Replies with Amazon SES?

In some other posts here in the forum people have ask the questions and received no answers.

So, does it work or is it simply not possible with that combination? Although, I have the impression that I made it work at some point…

Anyway, thanks for any tips, comments or ideas.
