Hosted campaign executes only first action

Hi, i’m using hosted mautic installation and i just had a problem.



I set up this campaign:

  • source contacts -> segment called “Webinar”
  • 4 actions



    Actions are 4 email send

    Mail 1 - webinar announcement (to be executed on 10 june at 21:00) - DONE

    Mail 2 - webinar reminder (to be executed on 13 june at 12:00) - NOT DONE

    Mail 3 - webinar is starting (to be executed on 14 june at 19:30) - PROGRAMMED

    Mail 4 - pose webinar survey (to be executed on 14 june at 22:30) - PROGRAMMED



    first action was executed but the second one (queued for today ad 12:00) was not executed

I tried to change time from 12:00 to 13:45, not it’s 13:48 and nothing happened :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
