How do i go about this feature under social tab on leads

How does it work
anybody has a solution for this? or someone has a way to share? with zapier or fullcontact?
Same problem here. Although we have enabled the social plugins in the corresponding page, we cannot see any social connect for the leads. We have also added social profiles manually on each known lead profile. Same result, on social tag it shows only “No profile associated.”. Please see screenshot.
