Mautic, Amazon SES, and Hostgator configuration problem Connection

I’ve been banging my head against the wall for a few days trying to figure this out.

I set up an Amazon SES account and validated my domain and email address, including DKIM.

Test email works fine.

I contacted Amazon and they removed the sandbox so I can email anyone.



I set up the email address through Webmail and can send emails that way.



I’m using Hostgator for my hosting/domain and I have a dedicated IP and have been assured

several times that ports are not being blocked (and the fact that I can send through webmail

seems to confirm this but I’m not positive this is the case)



I have set up mail sending settings of Amazon SES on Other SMTP server.



My issue is when I configure Mautic I get a successful test connection.



1.Mail Send Settings - Test Connection - Success

2.Monitored Inbox Settings - Test Connection and Fetch Folders - Success

3.Bounces - Test Connection and Fetch Folders - Success

4.Unsubscribe Requests - Test Connection and Fetch Folders - Success



My settings (I’ve tried Plain and Login for SMTP authentication mode) and for ports I’ve tried 587

I have created Email Campaign and fix up scheduled day and time, it’s not working and emails have

not been sending

Can anyone guide me to solve this problem or error???
