mautic.com contacts not moving to confirmed list

Hello again, hope this time I get reply , I am using free version mautic.com and followed this guide https://www.mautic.org/blog/integrator/creating-a-double-opt-in-email-campaign/ ( I need exactly this to begin with )



it does creates contact , sends confirmation mail, contact moves to pending list , however after clicking confirmation link , it DOESN’T move to confirmed list ,tried checking my setup several times ( lost almost 2 hrs …lol) not able to figure out , please help (similar setup works fine with other domain (mautic.org)
