I am a newbie for mautic. And I have done a mautic setup on my server. I have installed it successfully and also integrated twitter, facebook, google+ and instagram. And my social monitoring is working fine. And in contacts section, if I add twitter profile then it fetches twitter profile. So for twitter all is working fine.
But when I try with other social media, mautic is not pulling any social profile. There are no error in mautic error log or system error log.
If anyone facing this poblem or anyone who can help please let me know.

Im trying to figure out the same thing? does social monitoring work with instagram. I would like mautic to be able to segment contacts that use a specific hashtag or Tag our brand in a post.
If someone could clarify whether this is possible or not would be very appreciated. Does this function only work for Twitter??

Instagram, Facebook won’t give you this info. FB, Google integrations can be used for social login only.
Twitter social monitoring does work great, make sure you enable the related cronjob.
