Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue on Mautic.
I created a campaign to send contacts from one segment to another one based on a visited URL NOT included in an email. The system registers the action (I can see it in Contacts details), but it doesn’t recognize it at a Campaign level.
I tried to overcome the issue creating a new segment and using filters, but it didn’t work.
Does anybody know where the problem is? Is this a bug? I’m using v.2.13.1.
