No emails sending

I have sendgrid setup but for some reason it wont send any email from campaignes. I clicked test and it saids “success”. When I clicked send test email , i do get those. Must be something in email campaigne builder?

Can you check your error logs within Mautic to see if you have any messages written out?

i am assuming no more support here. Looks like I will have to ditch mautic due to not being about send emails. Its ashame cuase it appears to be a decent platform. But I guess that what I can expect for a free platform.

Its an open source program and still quite young but pretty promising.

Try sending it through mautic mail if you are on hosted platform. This was one reason why i preferred the hosted platform as it is already configured to do the job.

My 2 cents.

Hosted platform only allows for 2000 contacts correct?

I’m using sendgrid without any problems. Mautic is complex, there are a lot mistake that you can do, and it’s not easy to give help. When you send a test e-mail, you receive this test email?

tyes when i send test email, i get email from both sendgrind and php mail. I only dont get email from campaigne. For example I setup the decision tree when someone sucribes they will get email. This dont happen for some reason.

@info@msrent2own.com maybe there’s something wrong in your campaign. Try building a very simple test campaign, for ex.:
1 create a list with some leads.
2 create a campaign email
3 create a campaign that send the email at the list

and see what happen. If the leads receive the email, the problem is in your campaign.
