I send email but not read email

There can be many reasons for this. Just a few ideas from the top of my head:

• depending on the email client the opening/reading of the mail isn’t reported when no images are being shown (blocked images means also blocked tracking pixels)
• firewalls block stuff (doesn’t happen too often and when mostly with corporate recipients)
• on the other hand Apple skews towards too high read counts if one uses the privacy protections from Apple.
• a clicked link would in addition also ensure that the email is being counted as read (when images not being shown)

Are you sure that tracking images are being shown?
