Conceptually, what’s the difference between adding a contact to a Segment and adding a Tag to a contact (which can then be used as the filter for a Segment)?
I’ve achieved most of the campaign logic I’ve needed by just using Segments. Using Tags wouldn’t seem to add anything for me, so I’m wondering if I could be limiting future capabilities by not thinking about this differently.

I use tags when I remove contacts from segments to keep track of which ones they’ve been on. Also for decisions within campaigns. Plenty of other uses for them, but they’re not essential.
