Your software
My Mautic version is: 6.06 (Trusted Coolify 1 Click Install Stack on Ubuntu 22.04)
PHP version is: 8.3.26
My Database type and version is: mysql:8.0’
Special Note: I used a trusted 1 click install from Coolify, actually it is the most stable Docker Compose build I have used to date - on Ubuntu 22.04 Self Hosted
Your problem
My problem is: I am doing a campaign for a client, and so far it is going really good. I am very happy with the stability of Mautic with the Coolify 1 Click build, everything just seems to work! I set up tracking, etc - This is on an SSL certificate (mautic tracking code) on https://partners.bposeats.com/ and of course Mautic Instance is SLL as well on coolify – But the problem is that, and refer to screen shot, when I look at the campaign stats, the graphs show that 5014 emails are clicked, but this is not true! But then when you look at the actual email, stats, it shows they were actually only 204 Clicks. This was based on 4134 Sent emails.
These errors are showing in the log: The errors are not in the logs per say, the errors are that the data is not lining up … At least I can see who clicks on the email stats in the “Click Counts” Tab but then the graph is showing that basically I think all emails are clicked?
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have logged into Sendgrid to check that I had the settings correct. Now Before I say that, I should say what I used in the Email settings to send out this is what I did for that
Scheme:smtp
Host: smtp.sendgrid.net
Port: 465
Path: /
user: apikey
Password: blank
Using currently saved DSN: smtp://apikey:SECRET@smtp.sendgrid.net:465
Then in Sendgrid I have the settings of using the Api which I set up in Mautic. In Sengrid I have disabled Webhook Settings, Suppression Settings, Event Settings, and all Tracking Settings
I just cant seem to figure out what the glitch is here… I could have sworn I fixed this is in the past, and now I forget what it was - I think it was using the sendgrid+api as the DSN but not sure.
I also read about installing the SendGrid Mail Bridge via composer require symfony/sendgrid-mailer
I think based on this forum, looking forward to seeing the communities input, and then when everything is clarified I would like to update the Mautic SendGrid docs on Github but of course I wanted to reach out to the community to get final clarification on setting this up properly before I do that… J
