Okay My wife signed up a bit ago and still hasn’t received her email.
So something still isn’t set properly
I don’t know what it could be?
Please delete her from the database first and then ask her to signup again.
She was deleted and she signed up again and now she doesn’t even show up in the contact list.
She also never received an email.
Now I don’t know what is happening.
I am wondering if I can send someone a private email with my admin log in information for my mautic site and Thrive Leads site, to help me and check to see if I have set everything correctly?

John, to be honest, I am a little bit lost here. I don’t know how everything is setup, what does not work, what worked and not does not work any more and what actually works. I think your Mautic installation needs a fundamental review and testing - if not a re-install which might make things easier.
