Setting Up Mautic Using Zoho Mail

Hi,



I am currently in the process of setting up Mautic.



Under the Configuration–>Email Settings–>Monitored Inbox Settings, I am trying to set up my default inbox as bounce@mydomain.com. The email for my domain is hosted on Zoho. I have tried various inputs (host, port, encryption, etc) and none have worked.



I am able to connect to bounce@mydomain.com using Outlook without a problem.



Is this something on Mautic’s side? Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
