@Carlos BR @chris0928 Thank you guys for support, yes I am able to configure twitter succesfully, but facebook yielded no reuslts.

@Carlos BR @anuj It seems like there is some confusion over what the Facebook plugin actually does… in this thread @MxyzptlkFishStix is saying that the plugin is used to collect data when you use Facebook as a login / for form submission: https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/6663-facebook-contact-mapping/0#p19001

I haven’t tried this yet but I’d be curious to hear how it works if you give it a try @anuj.

@chris0928 I will update you on facebook. Mean time, any clue to configure outlook with mautic?

@anuj Definitely let me know how it goes. I don’t use Outlook and haven’t tried that plugin yet, so not sure I can help you much there.

@chris0928 outlook is done trying for facebook, JUST in case you have used focus forms?

Upon CTA submit, the popup box is not displaying message as mentioned in action.

Just check clicking http://satyamsri.com , and submit info on marketing automation popup.
