Updating List based on email actions

Hey guys, new to mautic here. Kind of suprised by the lack of tutorials/walkthroughs/general resources out there on Mautic, you’d think such an amazing tool would have better press and adoption out there!

Is it possible to update users in my list based on actions they take via email? Eg, if they click a specific link in an email they get added to one group, and a different link would add them to another?

TIA!

Hi,

Take a look in the campaign builder where you will find a group of items on the right hand column called Decisions. One of them will be titled Visits a page or something like that. Assuming your email was sent from a campaign, if you drag the Visits a page decision to the canvas and connect it to the Send email action, you can check if leads have visited an URL. You can then connect further actions to be performed if this condition is true by connecting action boxes to the green dot. You can have multiple decisions and actions.

Hope this helps.

Thanks so much, worked perfectly!
