When do hosted Mautic cron jobs run?

Hi There,

I’ve set up my first campaign (on hosted Mautic), but not sure that it’s working. I’ve set-up waits for 1 to 2 days before sending the 1st and 2nd emails respectively. Emails haven’t been sent yet, but just wondering what time of day do the cron jobs run for the campaigns on the hosted Mautic platform?

All sorted. Found that the hosted Mautic cron jobs must run about every minute or so. As I’ve now fixed my campaign and the emails are sent within a minute of when they’re supposed to.

Mautic.com have they cron job internally. Check you campaign settings and your time zone settings (Settings > configuration)
