Which is the hub in the integration?

I am putting together a marketing system that uses:

Joomla

Mautic

vTiger

Mailchimp



Our marketing channels include mailings, email, search, PPC, and eventually trade shows.



Which system should be the hub?



Should Mautic be the controller / hub.



Mautic form on the web site and visitors are enrolled in email list and CRM from Mautic?

Or

Should a vTiger form push info to Mautic and email list?

Or

Should Mautic form enroll in vTiger and vTiger trigger email list enrollment?



And it gets more complicated



This is a broker type situation. There will be:



Casually interested buyers - get emails only

Seriously interested buyers - get preferred opportunities (they’ve given much more info and signed confidentiality agreement)



Casually interested owners - get emails only of interested buyers

Seriously interested owners - have contracted for us to sell for them.



These transactions will likely require phone conversations and mailed forms.

Some of our inputs for all types of clients will be from web forms and from phone conversations.



So …



It seems that for web forms, Mautic forms will be used and Mautic will send info to vTiger (and perhaps Mailchimp)



But that for phone signups, I’m not sure. Should I have vTiger send info to Mautic and Mailchimp, or have another Mautic form for the phone crew that also sends info to vTiger and Mailchimp?



If anyone is interested, I can diagram the sales process and post it here.
