wrong mail stats on hosted mautic

Hi!

I,´m new with mautic and here in the forum, so hello to everyone and very nice to have an open source software in marketing automation.

my question:

  • set up a campaign and added test-contacts.
  • first e-mail of 5 is sent as the test-account is inserted OK

    problem
  • mail 1, sent 3 times is either reported as sent nor als read, as it was opened in gmail

    I´m on the hosted version, so there should be no problem with crin jobs.



    little help very appreciated, didn´t find answer on forum search
