Thank you so much for all your help! We decided to keep salutation simple for now, as we don’t need titles etc. to distinguish in our marketing efforts. More relevant is if someone has experience in the garden than if someone has a PhD.
For now we would rather concentrate on getting the languages with A/B tests correct. I asked a separate question about this here: Multi-language A/B tests
We have solutions for most of our questions, only the unsubscription of individual segments we still don’t know how to do it. We would like to avoid settings for now and simply have links that do the right thing (unsubscribe from one segment and not set “do not contact”). How can this be done?
